The 24-Hour Refund Window

We understand that plans change. You are eligible to request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that the processing of your project has not yet begun.

Work Commenced Rule

Due to the nature of our business, our services require the immediate allocation of resources, data mining tools, and vendor fees. Therefore, once our team has officially commenced work on your project, the refund option becomes void.

This means if we have already started the skip tracing process or initiated data extraction for your order, we cannot issue a refund, even if the request is made within the initial 24-hour window.

Delivered Data & Finality

All delivered leads and skip-traced data are considered final digital products. Because data cannot be "returned" once accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after the final delivery of the project files. We guarantee our promised accuracy rates and will gladly rectify any verifiable data formatting issues.
