In what format will I receive the data?
You will receive a clean, organized Google Sheet, Excel and CSV file that is ready to be uploaded directly into your CRM, dialer, or SMS platform.
What information do you need from me to start?
We just need a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV, or Google Sheet) that includes the property owner’s name, property address, and mailing address. If you have any additional information, that’s fine too.
Do you charge for "No-Hits" or unmatched records?
No. You only pay for successful hits. If we cannot find any valid phone number or email for a specific property owner, that record is not counted against your total ordered volume.
